Day two:

My absolute dream pick in the 2020 NFL Draft regardless of the round is Ohio State’s J.K. Dobbins. Dobbins is a clone of Ray Rice on the field; he does it as a runner between the tackles and as a receiver out of the backfield. Dobbins had elite production during his time at Ohio State, becoming the only running back in team history to record 1,000 rushing yards in each of his three seasons with the Buckeyes. Simply put, Dobbins was born to be a Baltimore Raven, and there’s not much I wouldn’t do to see him in purple and black in 2020.

Running back is far from a need for the Ravens, but the 2020 NFL Draft has a deep group that Baltimore should invest in. Guys like Najee Harris (Abalama), Eno Benjamin (Arizona State), Clyde Edwards-Hellaire (LSU), and Cam Akers (Florida State) could all be day one impacts for the Ravens.

An area the Ravens do need help at is pass rusher, and the 2020 NFL Draft has some good ones with day two value. Boise State’s Curtis Weaver could be an option for the Ravens late day one, but he’d be a steal in rounds two-three. Kenny Willikes from Michigan State could be a late-round steal. Baltimore also needs help from their defensive line, so options like Nick Coe (Auburn) and Jabari Zuniga (Florida) make sense.

Interior offensive line is a need, so Shane Lemieux (Oregon) and Tommy Kraemer (Notre Dame) make sense. High-end guys who could be day one picks include Creed Humphrey (Oklahoma) and a healthy Trey Smith (Tennessee).

If the Baltimore Ravens wish to add to their secondary, Clemson’s A.J. Terrell is a playmaker and excellent depth for a talented group. This makes even more sense should they lose both Jimmy Smith and Marcus Peters this offseason.

Finally, the wide receiving group remains deep. Even on day two of the 2020 NFL Draft there’s starting tier receivers in guys like Jalen Reagor (TCU), Tylan Wallace (Oklahoma State), Michael Pittman Jr. (USC), Collin Johnson (Texas), and rising star Justin Jefferson (LSU). Jefferson stands out in this group as the best value and someone whose stock could rise to round one value.
