Mark Ingram:

Mark Ingram joined Lamar Jackson as the second quarterback/running back duo to each rush for 1,000-yards in a single-season. More impressively, Ingram did this in 15 games while missing time in week 16 with a calf injury. Also, Ingram took some time off in the fourth quarter of games when the Baltimore Ravens were blowing out opponents. The point is this: Ingram dominated and he wasn’t even given a full workload.

Ingram had some really successful years with the New Orleans Saints before coming to Baltimore. Once he became a Raven, however, he embraced the mindset that the team has had for years. No one in the league ran harder and angrier than Ingram did. His contribution to the team’s success is boundless.

What impressed us most was his abilities out of the backfield as a receiver. Ingram scored an additional five touchdowns through the air. Combined with his ten rushing touchdowns, Ingram tied a franchise-record 15 scrimmage touchdowns with Ray Rice in his first season with the team.

Overall, Mark Ingram gave you so much more than his small contract would have led you to believe. He was a seamless fit or the team and no doubt gets a game ball for his All-Pro worthy season.
