With the Senior Bowl coming to a close we can make a new 2020 NFL Draft mock featuring some of the week’s top senior players.

The Senior has come and past and we are officially through the first step of the 2020 NFL Draft process. There was a lot to be gathered from this year’s Senior Bowl, with plenty of players improving their draft stock and the rumor mill swirling around as always.

Whose stock is up after a week of practices and an all-star game down in Mobile, Alabama? Let’s dive in and get this 2020 NFL Draft mock started with the most obvious pick since Andrew Luck back in 2012…

1. Cincinnati Bengals: Joe Burrow, QB, LSU

You can pretty much put this pick in pen. It doesn’t matter how good the rest of the draft process is for guys like Justin Herbert or Tua Tagovailoa because neither of them are as flawless as Joe Burrow. Burrow is a perfect fit for what the Cincinnati Bengals are looking for, so swipe right.

2. Washington Redskins: Chase Young, EDGE, Ohio State

Just like Joe Burrow to the Cincinnati Bengals, you can put Chase Young to the Washington Redskins in pen. You simply don’t pass on blue-chip pass rushers like Young, who can become the face of this defense.

3. Detroit Lions: Isaiah Simmons, LB, Clemson

I’d be surprised if the Detroit Lions still owned the third overall pick when the 2020 NFL Draft rolls around, but if they do they should take the next best defensive player available in Isaiah Simmons. There’s almost nothing Simmons can’t do defensively, and he’ll be a front runner for Defensive Rookie of the Year.

4. New York Giants: Andrew Thomas, OT, Georgia

Andrew Thomas is my top-rated offensive tackle and the New York Giants would be wise to invest the fourth overall pick in him. Thomas is a dominant run blocker and the Giants should use that to their advantage by running the offense with Saquon Barkley behind Thomas.
