21. Philadelphia Eagles: Tee Higgins, WR, Clemson

Tee Higgins may not run a blazing 40-yard dash time at the NFL Combine, but he can go up and get the 50/50 balls that other receivers don’t come down with. The Philadelphia Eagles desperately need healthy bodies at the wide receiver spot and Higgins would be a great addition for them.

22. Buffalo Bills: Cole Kmet, TE, Notre Dame

There aren’t any big receivers of value here for the Buffalo Bills, but they’ll gladly take the top tight end available. Cole Kmet wasn’t a lock to enter the 2020 NFL Draft, but now that he is he’ll likely be a day one guy. I’m sure Josh Allen will just be happy to be throwing to someone above six-feet tall for once.

23. New England Patriots: K’Lavon Chaisson, EDGE, LSU

What do you give a good defense? More pass rush. K’Lavon Chaisson is a no-nonsense pass rusher who can set the edge vs. the run and get after the quarterback with ease. The New England Patriots have relied on their defense lately to carry their team to wins, so it makes sense to keep making a good unit even better.

24. New Orleans Saints: Justin Jefferson, WR, LSU

Some guys just have the “it” factor, and I believe that Justin Jefferson has it. Jefferson is a baller and dominated SEC competition in 2019 with the greatest offense college football has ever seen. Jefferson would be a perfect fit across from Michael Thomas.
