The Baltimore Ravens regular season was a magical one. Unfortunately, it ended in devastating fashion. It’s time once again to check in on the AFC North.

From 14-2 to one-and-done in the playoffs… This is the unfortunate story of how the AFC North champion Baltimore Ravens ended their terrific regular season. It was absolutely gut-wrenching. The dominant team that we saw win 12-straight games was suddenly completely inept and put up 12 points in a divisional-round loss to the Tennessee Titans. What the hell happened?

Well, we’ll get to that eventually, but right now we’re here to talk about all the teams in the AFC North.

It’s going to be a fun offseason to monitor for the AFC North. The Cincinnati Bengals hold the number one overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. The Cleveland Browns pushed the reset button on their coaching and scouting staff again. The Pittsburgh Steelers will look to add pieces to a playoff-caliber team. And the Baltimore Ravens will address their shortcomings to fill out a Super Bowl contending team.

There’s lots to discuss in the AFC North right now. The division might be the most interesting in all of football, as there will be three young quarterbacks leading their teams for the unforeseeable future. Future Hall of Famer Ben Roethlisberger could come back as well and really make things interesting. All in all, the AFC North is primed to be one of the NFL’s best divisions in 2020.

The offseason is officially here for all the teams, so let’s take a look at what happened in January and where each team goes from here.
