4. Lamar Jackson:

Lamar Jackson always gives you something. Even in the playoff loss to the Titans, he filled out the box score. It may have been inflated numbers in a comeback effort, but it was production. The overtime victory the Ravens had over the Pittsburgh Steelers was a rough game for Jackson. Jackson had only 161 yards passing and tossed three interceptions. His 70 rushing yards made a big impact though, and he did enough to keep the Ravens in the game. Jackson uses his running to make sure he gives the Ravens enough when the passing numbers just aren’t coming.

Jackson is a leader. He’s the leader of the team, he knows it and he takes it seriously. Nobody works harder than Jackson. This is evidenced by the way he came into the 2019 season a completely improved player. Nobody wants it more than Jackson and nobody is more humble and self-focused. Jackson’s always going to set an example with his effort and determination for the rest of the team. He’s always going to do everything he can to play his best.

Jackson is dependable. It’s obvious how much the Ravens believe in Jackson because they built everything they’re doing around him. Jackson is the reason the Ravens are now the most exciting team to watch in the NFL. Jackson is the reason that the Ravens have five prime time games and are thought of as contenders. When you look at all the positive things that Jackson has done for this franchise, it’s obvious that he’s one of the most beloved and trusted players on the roster.
