3. Mark Ingram:

With Mark Ingram you always know what you’re going to get. Last year he was always good for at least 40 rushing yards and on a good day he’d comfortably go over the 100 yard mark. He almost always chipped in to the passing game with receptions where he made something happen. He scored 10 touchdowns as a runner and five as a pass catcher. Ingram averaged an even five yards per carry and picked up almost 10 yards per reception.

Ingram has nine years of experience in the NFL. He has three seasons with over 1,000 yards in his career and he just gave the Ravens one of them. What he proved in the 2019 season was that if he was given the chance to be the lead back of a run first offense a 1,000 yard season is always a given. With the Saints he was a play-maker in the Drew Brees show. Now he is a flat-out star of a team that sees him as one of the most important players on the roster.

Ingram is not only one of the best players on the roster but he is also one of the best leaders. He charges the Ravens up and he sets a good example for the younger players. Ingram is one of the most important players in the locker room. The chemistry of the 2019 Ravens was just right and Ingram had a lot to do with that. It’s rare that a player’s personality could fit a team like this. Everything that Ingram gives the Ravens is awesome and Ingram gives his best effort every single second of the season.
