There is a lot of debate as to what the Baltimore Ravens should do with edge rusher Matt Judon. Should they opt to trade him, here are four potential fits.

New York Giants:

The New York Giants should still be in the mix for Jadeveon Clowney given how porous their pass rush currently is. Short of resigning Markus Golden, the Giants are in need of edge-rushing help, and I’ll tell you now that if the team had plans to bring Golden back for 2020 he wouldn’t still be a free agent.

The team has some capable players on the defensive line in guys like Leonard Williams and Dexter Lawrence, but they need outside edge rush to truly be a threat to opposing quarterbacks. that’s where the addition of Matt Judon makes sense.

Adding Judon gives the Giants validity off the edge. Judon can also be a mentor for young, raw players like Oshane Ximines and Lorenzo Carter. Judon is also a vocal leader that does so by example and experience. This will be a common trend you’ll see for the rest of the teams mentioned on this list.

The New York Giants have typically always valued good pass rushers, so going after Matt Judon makes quite a bit of sense here. If the Giants are serious about adding to their pass rush, Judon is definitely the best guy to go after.
