Can John Harbaugh repeat as Coach of the Year?

@Bmore48 predicts:

  1. My Ravens will go no less than 13-3 winning the division hoist the Lombardi trophy and set more records.
  2. Lamar Jackson throws 40 touchdowns Hollywood tops 1000 yards
  3. Running backs core top 2,000 yards
  4. Coach Harbaugh wins back to back COY award
  5. Rookies touchdown total will fall between five to 10.

Verdict: Buy some of that

Your first three predictions are spot on. The Ravens going 13-3 is a popular prediction because that’s exactly what the team should do. The Ravens are Super Bowl contenders and I believe that to my bones. Jackson throwing four more touchdowns in 2020? I can buy that. Brown going over 1,000 yards is something I have already agreed to. The Ravens will have at least one 1,000 yard running back. The idea that Mark Ingram, J.K. Dobbins, Gus Edwards and Justice Hill can collectively go over 2,000 yards is almost a given.

Trending. The most underrated Baltimore Ravens of all time by position. light

The last two predictions I am less on board with. Back to back Coach of the Year awards is tough to do. The Ravens go into this season expecting to be one of the best teams in the league. The Ravens surprised a lot of people last year. That helped Harbaugh win Coach of the Year. The award will probably go to a coach that turns things around for his team. I Devin Duvernay alone will have five touchdown passes. I could see Dobbins getting two or three as well.

@shugarmonsterr predicts: The Ravens will lead the league in forcing interceptions

Verdict: Buy

The Ravens have Marcus Peters, Marlon Humphrey, Earl Thomas and Tavon Young in their secondary. Patrick Queen is going to give them a boost in coverage at the linebacker position. I buy this. However it’s not just because the Ravens have players who can turn defense into offense. It’s also because the defensive front will be better at getting to the quarterback. The defensive line upgrades will lead to more forced throws. The length the Ravens have at defensive end will lead to more tipped passes, and therefore more picks. This is a good one.
