Tight End

Analysis-

Both of these quarterbacks love their tight ends. Andrews and Kelce provide a sort of security blanket for their MVP quarterbacks and are centerpieces of these offenses. With that said, last week Andrews struggled, only catching one pass. Kelce on the other hand had nine catches for 90 receiving yards last week. This should make for a prime match up, in prime time.

Both defenses are going to cover these guys with the best they have and will need to scheme ways to help their linebackers and safeties guard these two. Last season when these teams met Andrews recorded only three balls for 15 receiving yards, while Kelce caught seven passes for 89 yards. Seeing this makes it clear that Kelce should have a big day. Red zone touches through the air will most likely go to him. Andrews, I see having a bounce back game.

This is a very important game and what these guys do will directly impact the success that their respective teams will have. As centerpieces of their offenses, the spotlight is on, but these guys have the talent to be able to change a game. With either one of these guys on your team you should feel comfortable starting them every week with confidence. No need to be wary about Mark Andrews last week and game against the Chiefs last season though, because in prime time, Jackson will need his go to option in order to have success.

Prediction:

Travis Kelce- Seven Receptions, 80 receiving yards, one receiving touchdown = 21 Fantasy points

Mark Andrews- Six Receptions, 75 receiving yards = 13.5 Fantasy points
