12. Indianapolis Colts, 2-1 (17)

They smashed the Jets and, well, they should smash the Jets. All of us should smash the Jets. But the Colts also have a lot of pieces, and they should only get better this season.

11. L.A. Rams, 2-1 (8)

They made a great comeback against the Bills before falling at the end. This offense appears to be a problem again, and Aaron Donald is on the shortlist of best players in this league.

10. San Francisco 49ers, 2-1 (14)

Kyle Shanahan is a great coach, and this team just keeps marching along, injuries be damned. Sleep on them if you want, but they are dangerous.

9. Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 2-1 (13)

They seem to be clicking a little more every week, and Tom Brady looked very good this week against Denver. Combined with a very fun defense, this team could compete for big things.
