13. Cincinnati Bengals: Caleb Farley, CB, Virginia Tech

The Bengals added Trae Waynes and Mackensie Alexander this offseason, but neither is as talented as Caleb Farley. Farley may be the best man-to-man cover man in the 2021 NFL Draft class and gives Cincinnati a lockdown defender on the outside.

14. San Francisco 49ers: Shaun Wade, CB, Ohio State

Maybe Shaun Wade is “just” a slot cornerback, but he’s a damn good one. The 49ers need to start thinking about life after Richard Sherman, who is a free agent following the 2020 season. The position still needs upgrades regardless of Sherman returning or not, and Wade is the next great Ohio State defensive back. Wade could easily be CB1 by the time the 2021 NFL Draft rolls around.

15. Arizona Cardinals: Devonta Smith, WR, Alabama

The Cardinals offense has been a good unit as is, so why not make it even better. To date, Christian Kirk hasn’t lived up to his potential, and Larry Fitzgerald is almost 40-years old and a free agent after 2020. Devonta Smith was Alabama’s best wide receiver a year ago despite playing with two first-round picks in the 2020 NFL Draft (Henry Ruggs III and Jerry Jeudy) and his teammate, Jaylen Waddle (went ninth overall to LA Chargers). Smith and DeAndre Hopkins is a filthy good duo for Kyler Murray to pick apart defenses with.

16. Carolina Panthers: Samuel Cosmi, OT, Texas

Teddy Bridgewater hasn’t been all that bad in his first year with the Panthers, so rather than take a quarterback the team gets him some better protection. Samuel Cosmi is an athletic, smart offensive tackle that can lock down one side of the offensive line for Carolina immediately.
