21. Indianapolis Colts: Andre Cisco, S, Syracuse

The Malik Hooker experiment hasn’t worked out in Indianapolis and the secondary desperately needs a game-changing safety. Andre Cisco is a ball-hawking player who likes to hit, as well. Cisco can be a tone-setting safety for an underrated Colts defense.

22. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Rondale Moore, WR, Purdue

Scotty Miller is OK, but he can be upgraded. Tom Brady loves his slot receivers, too, so getting a top-flight option there is crucial for this offense. Rondale Moore is stupid fast with good hands and RAC ability. Moore could put up the best numbers among his 2021 NFL Draft peers in this Buccaneers offense.

23. Cleveland Browns: Carlos Basham, EDGE, Wake Forest

On one side of the defensive line is Myles Garrett. On the other? It’s a bit of an underachieving committee between Olivier Vernon and Adrian Clayborn. Carlos Basham can be an instant upgrade and give the Browns a frightening pass rush to get after opposing quarterbacks in a hurry.

24. Jacksonville Jaguars (via LA Rams): Alex Leatherwood, OT, Alabama

While adding a wide receiver is tempting here, the 2021 NFL Draft is a deep group and the value of Alex Leatherwood is too great to pass up. Leatherwood can be a solid tackle or can even kick inside to center. The Jaguars need to be fully committed to protecting its new quarterback, Trey Lance.
