24. Houston Texans, 1-6 (23)

I think I just keep waiting for them to turn it on, but other teams keep hitting the “off” switch on them instead. They’re just not very good this season, and it is sad to see players like Deshaun Watson and JJ Watt have to suffer through this.

23. Philadelphia Eagles, 2-4-1 (25)

Folks, I present your NFC East leader. They beat the Giants by a point this week, and that is… good? Let’s go with “good.” Carson Wentz is battling, and their defensive line is good. They need to get healthy at the skill positions, and soon.

22. Denver Broncos, 2-4 (20)

They got destroyed by Kansas City, which happens, but they did a lot of the damage to themselves, which happens to teams ranked pretty low. Their defense didn’t look bad, and they’ve had a lot of injuries, but, yikes. They need to clean things up before this goes worse.

21. New England Patriots, 2-4 (18)

This just feels weird having them this low, but they’ve really earned this spot with their record and the product they have put on the field the past few weeks. Cam Newton has taken a step back, and their receiving options are, well, they aren’t that good, are they?
