Baltimore Ravens climb back up in latest power rankings

20. Denver Broncos, 3-5 (18)
This is another team that fluctuates game to game this season. This week they lost to Atlanta, which is not good. But they do have young skill position players with promise. That is good. They still don’t know if their young quarterback is the answer. Not ideal.
19. Philadelphia Eagles, 3-4-1 (19)
They had a bye, and they sit right where they did before said bye. The fact that they appear to be the clear elite of the NFC East is concerning, but not if you’re a member of the Eagles. Getting into the playoffs gives you a chance, right? They look to have the inside track for that.
18. San Francisco 49ers, 4-5 (17)
There are teams that have clearly defined who they are this season, and then there are the 49ers. They got smoked by the Packers one week after meeting a similar fate to the seahawks, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they beat either team in a rematch. Confusing, injury-riddled squad.
17. Minnesota Vikings, 3-5 (23)
I’m not sure they’re this good, but I’m not sure they aren’t better than this, either. Dalvin Cook is taking over this team, and I do know that’s a good thing for the Vikings. They destroyed the Lions, which is what good teams should do. But, you know, it was the Lions…
