Baltimore Ravens climb back up in latest power rankings

16. Chicago Bears, 5-4 (15)
They are ranked this high because they have a winning record, but I’m not sure how long that will last. They have surprised to get to this point, but they really don’t pass the eye test, do they? I feel this is another franchise facing some serious change going forward.
15. Cleveland Browns, 5-3 (14)
They had a bye, so they drop a spot just because some other teams won this week. The Browns look like serious playoff contenders halfway through this season, and the feeling here is they will only get better with this staff. The Browns could climb these rankings with some quality wins.
14. Los Angeles Rams, 5-3 (12)
They had a bye this week, too, but the last time we saw them they were getting destroyed by the Dolphins. This team will ultimately go as far as Jared Goff and their defense can take them. I’m not sure how far that is, to be honest.
13. Arizona Cardinals, 5-3 (11)
They lost a terrific game to Miami and probably should have gone to overtime if their kicker could manage to reach 50 yards in clear conditions. That was weird. But this team is certainly on the rise, and that quarterback appears to be a gem.
