The Baltimore Ravens were firing on all cylinders against the Jacksonville Jaguars this past Sunday, so don’t be taken off guard as we hand out good grades.

Quarterback: A

Lamar Jackson was on one against the Jacksonville Jaguars. After a bad interception to start the game, Jackson settled in and delivered strikes throughout the field. Jackson threw a touch pass in the endzone that Miles Boykin found to get the scoring started for the Baltimore Ravens. Once it got kicked off, there was no slowing down.

Jackson killed the Jags with his arm to the tune of 243-yards and three touchdowns while completing 77.3% of his passes. The league’s top dual-threat quarterback didn’t need to run all over the defense to establish dominance this week, but he did waltz into the endzone as a runner anyway.

Four touchdowns and near-perfect execution gets a nearly perfect grade from us. Jackson is playing hot right now and should be putting the rest of the league on notice.

Running backs: A

Baltimore’s run game continues to stay hot right now behind the dynamic duo of Gus Edwards and  J.K. Dobbins. These two alone combined for 104-yards and 4.6 YPC. Dobbins also scored his sixth touchdown of the season. This running back one-two punch is outstanding and only looks to be getting better with each passing week.

The quarterbacks also hoped in on the run-fun. Jackson also added 35-yards and a touchdown. We can’t forget about Huntley’s 18-yards, either, bringing the combined total to 159-yards and two touchdowns. That’s what teams dream about when they go into a game needed to lean on the run. Baltimore has even more evidence that they can do just that.
