9. Denver Broncos: Patrick Surtain II, CB, Alabama

Surtain II’s father was a Pro Bowl cornerback for many years with the Miami Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs. His son looks to follow in his footsteps as the best defensive back in the 2021 NFL Draft class. Surtain II has lockdown potential despite a lack of long speed and can even force some turnovers. The Broncos are in dire need of cornerback play and Surtain II fits the bill.

10. Dallas Cowboys: Micah Parsons, LB, Penn State

Is Micah Parsons a linebacker or an edge rusher? Who cares, just throw him on the defense and watch him eat offenses alive. Parsons is very similar to last year’s jack-of-all-trades linebacker Isaiah Simmons, who went seventh overall to the Arizona Cardinals. The Cowboys will gladly take a linebacker who can actually cover the middle of the field while bringing pressure on the quarterback.

Must Read. Baltimore Ravens run game was historically good vs. Bengals. light

11. New York Giants: Jaylen Waddle, WR, Alabama

A broken ankle may have ended what looked to be a promising season for Waddle, but it won’t stop teams from looking at him at the top of the 2021 NFL Draft class. Waddle has elite speed to put it gently and special teams prowess that will have teams thinking Tyreek Hill. The Giants may not be ready to give up on Daniel Jones just yet, so giving him an ace receiver is the move here.

12. San Francisco 49ers: Caleb Farley, CB, Virginia Tech

Richard Sherman and Jason Verrett are free agents this offseason, but the need for a true number one corner exists even if they return. Farley is a long dude with ball-hawking and shut-down ability that could make him the 2021 NFL Draft class’s CB1. The 49ers will be thrilled to land him at 12 and make their defense even stronger.
