17. Las Vegas Raiders: Jaycee Horn, CB, South Carolina

Another former NFL player’s son is a first-round talent in the 2021 NFL Draft class. This time it’s former Pro Bowl wide receiver Joe Horn‘s kid, Jaycee. Jaycee Horn is a taller corner at 6’1″ who quarterbacks are afraid to throw at. The Raiders need a guy like that in their secondary and would give the team a terrific duo with Horn lining up opposite Damon Arnette.

18. Miami Dolphins: Kwity Paye, EDGE, Michigan

Paye is a player a lot of people like as a top-five player. While I’m not yet sold on Paye to be that good of a prospect, you have to recognize that he is good at football. With his imposing size at 6’4″ 271-lbs., he can line up all over the place. Paye and Christian Wilkins would give the Dolphins a fun pair of linemen to dominate opposing offensive lines.

19. Chicago Bears: Rashod Bateman, WR, Minnesota

Allen Robinson is a free agent after this year and he may not want to return to the Windy City. The Bears will need a number one receiver if Robinson does move on and the team sticks with Mitch Trubisky at quarterback. Bateman is a big-body receiver with a “my ball” mentality that you look for in a receiver. Bateman would be a solid addition in the middle of round one.

20. Indianapolis Colts: Liam Eichenberg, OT, Notre Dame

The Colts offensive line might be the best in football, but Anthony Castonzo is injured and will turn 33-years old at the start of the 2021 season. The team needs to think about their plans for the future of the offensive line and can get just that with Eichenberg. Indianapolis can flex Eichenberg all over their line and eventually have him take over for Castonzo to be their left tackle.
