21. Jacksonville Jaguars (via Los Angeles Rams): Terrace Marshall Jr., WR, LSU

Now that the Jaguars have their franchise quarterback they need to continue adding more quality targets for him to throw to. Marshall Jr. is a big dude who gives the offense some serious height across from D.J. Chark. Trevor Lawrence will be thrilled to have two big-bodied options to throw to.

22. Cleveland Browns: Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah, LB, Notre Dame

The Browns are desperate for some good linebacker play after letting Joe Schobert walk last offseason. Owusu-Koramoah is a stud in coverage and has the instincts to monitor the whole field. He’s exactly what the modern linebacker looks and plays like.

23. Baltimore Ravens: Wyatt Davis, IOL, Ohio State

The Ravens interior offensive line has been a bit of a revolving door this year. Guys like Bradley Bozeman and Ben Powers have been OK, but they could always be upgraded. Ohio State’s Davis is an absolute mauler from the interior and is a perfect fit for the run-heavy offense Baltimore employs. Davis is one of the 2021 NFL Draft’s best players and might be off the board way before pick 23, but for now, he’s the steal of the draft.

24. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Christian Baremore, IDL, Alabama

Ndamukong Suh is an impending free agent but even if he returns the Buccaneers could use some more talent from the line. Baremore is an absolute monster that disrupts everything in front of him. He’d look really good in a Todd Bowles defense with guys like Jason Pierre-Paul rushing off the edge.
