The Baltimore Ravens cruised to their record-setting 19th consecutive preseason victory on Saturday with a 20-3 win over the Carolina Panthers.

Tied 3-3 at the half, the score was close for most of the game before the Ravens pulled away late. And in doing so, they tied the 1959-1962 Green Bay Packers for the longest streak of preseason wins in NFL history.

It’s a record that doesn’t mean much in the grand scheme of things, but it does say something about this organization. The players and coaches alike take pride in victories, whether they count or not.

And there was a lot to be proud of on Saturday.

The Ravens once again rested many of their starters with Lamar Jackson sitting out for his second straight preseason game. That meant it was the Tyler Huntley show under center.

Huntley played nearly the entire game and had his moments after a rough start. He was one of the team’s most impressive standouts when all was said and done.

But more on that later.

The Ravens also saw quite a few others make an impact. Some of these players were already locked into starting roles while others find themselves fighting for a roster spot.

Either way, their performance in Saturday’s game certainly improved their stock.

Let’s take a look at eight of the biggest stars from the Ravens’ preseason victory over the Panthers.
