The Baltimore Ravens made quite a few roster moves over the past few days. While the initial 53-man roster was set on Tuesday, plenty of transactions have been made since to modify it.

From IR designations to re-signings to practice squad additions, the Ravens roster is a constant source of turnover at the moment.

Things will likely quiet down as we draw nearer to the season, but at the moment, all bets are off. Just on Thursday, the Ravens re-signed veteran outside linebacker Pernell McPhee in what was more a procedural move than anything.

The day prior, they signed the likes of Trace McSorley, Anthony Levine, Justin Ellis, Jordan Richards, and more to their practice squad. They also re-signed tight end Eric Tomlinson and placed wide receivers Rashod Bateman and Miles Boykin on the injured reserve.

Looking at the Ravens’ current roster, it’s clear that an addition or two might still be made before the season starts.

Certain positions remain weak while others are just lacking overall depth. It’s possible the Ravens go into the season with the current crop of 53 players on their active roster, but it’s more likely that some shuffling is done.

However, with two open spots on the practice squad (although veteran linebacker Josh Bynes is expected to take one of those spots), it’s almost a given that Baltimore will make at least one addition before the season starts.

We take a look at four free agents the Ravens could consider signing before Week 1.
