Ravens: Studs and duds following a disappointing Week 1 loss

Sometimes, you get a game and it has everything. Those of you who were wondering what a Las Vegas home crowd would look like got your answer. Sin City and the Silver and Black make for a good combination, so knowing that would be the setting for the Baltimore Ravens‘ first game of the 2021-2022 regular season led to some excitement, a lot of excitement actually.

Once this one got going, it didn’t disappoint. Baltimore got some Herculean efforts from some unexpected areas, but some of their guys also laid some eggs as well. That’s to be expected. Heck, it was Week 1.

Heading into a second-consecutive primetime game in Week 2, the Ravens are 0-1, but it’s a long season. The Cleveland Browns lost as well. The Cincinnati Bengals and Pittsburgh Steelers notched some opening weekend Ws.

The AFC North is going to be a madhouse, but fear not, the Ravens are going to make noise all year long. They could even win this division.

First thing’s first though, let’s put a bow on Week 1. Here are a few studs and duds following a Week 1 loss to a team that may be better than we thought.
