2. Lamar Jackson, QB, Ravens: 225.5 passing yards (o/u)

When will the oddsmakers learn that this isn’t the same Lamar Jackson that we saw for most of last year? The 2019 MVP is throwing the ball at a much higher and more efficient rate than ever before.

He’s averaging 281 passing yards per game and has topped 235 in all but one of his starts this season, that coming in last week’s 34-6 blowout victory over the Los Angeles Chargers.

But Jackson wasn’t asked to throw the ball a ton in that game, simply because the Ravens had such a large lead. Unless you’re expecting a blowout in this one, there’s no reason to expect Jackson finishes with under 226 passing yards.

As previously mentioned, it’s probably safe to predict that the Ravens will lean on Jackson and the passing game this week. Latavius Murray’s absence is only part of the equation.

The Bengals have one of the best run defenses in the NFL and the Ravens have struggled to consistently run the football pretty much all year.

A one-week revival against the league’s worst run defense last week likely isn’t a sign of things to come. The Ravens will struggle to run the ball in Week 7.

That will once again set up a scenario where Jackson is forced to throw the ball at a high rate. And if his performance is anything like what we’ve seen for most of the year, he should have no trouble hitting the over.

Best Bet: OVER
