The Baltimore Ravens are preparing for what will be a crucial matchup against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday Night Football in Week 12.

Both teams will enter in need of a win, both when it comes to the AFC North standings and the AFC playoff picture. This division rivalry will come to a head on Sunday.

Lamar Jackson is expected to make his return after missing last week due to an illness. Jackson will look to lead Baltimore to their eighth victory of the season and give them some cushion atop the division.

Meanwhile, a banged-up Baker Mayfield will hope to do the same and push the Browns further toward playoff contention. A loss here would drop them to 6-6 with five games left to play.

Let’s take a look at a couple of prop bets to take a chance on this week. As always, all odds are courtesy of WynnBet.

1. Lamar Jackson, QB, Ravens: 235.5 passing yards (o/u)

Lamar Jackson will return from a one-game absence to face a team that he has plenty of history with. The last time these two teams met, the Ravens scored a massive 47-42 victory in what was a thrilling December game last year.

But the Lamar Jackson we’ve seen this year is vastly different from the Lamar Jackson we saw in that game. The Ravens have been forced to rely on their passing game more than in the past which has allowed Jackson to excel with his arm.

Jackson has finished with 235 or more passing yards in eight of his nine starts this season. Despite this, his passing yards prop remains puzzlingly low.

The Ravens are hurting on offense due to injuries while the Browns are getting healthier. Still, this feels like a game that Jackson will be forced to throw plenty.

2. Nick Chubb, RB, Browns: 80.5 rushing yards (o/u)

The Ravens have struggled to defend the run all season, Meanwhile, their Week 12 opponents play host to the No. 1 rushing attack in the NFL, in terms of yards per carry.

That rushing attack is led by perhaps the best running back in football, Nick Chubb. Chubb is averaging 6.0 yards per carry this season and has totaled 851 yards in eight games.

He’s averaging over 106 rushing yards per game and has topped 80 yards in all but one game so far. There’s no reason he should be expected to have one of his worst games of the season against a lackluster Ravens’ run defense.

Thus one almost feels too easy. Barring any unexpected developments, Chubb should be able to easily surpass this prop.
