1. STUD: Mark Andrews, TE, Ravens
Week in and week out, Mark Andrews continues to dazzle. The league’s current best tight end is simply unstoppable.
In Week 16, Andrews yet again led the receiving room with eight catches for 125 yards and one touchdown, averaging 15.6 yards per catch.
The Ravens’ wide receivers played respectable games each, with James Proche hauling in 76 yards in a surprisingly good performance, but none can compare to Andrews.
No matter the matchup, no matter the quarterback, Andrew keeps on balling.

Ravens TE Mark Andrews is the first tight end this season with three straight 100-yard receiving games.

What's just as impressive -- Andrews has done so largely with Tyler Huntley and Josh Johnson throwing him the ball.
Andrews’ effort wasn’t enough to win the game by a long shot, but his consistency has kept the Ravens at least somewhat productive on the offensive side of the ball.
Expect more of the same next week when the stakes are even higher.
