The Baltimore Ravens are still a few months out from the start of the 2022 NFL Draft, but planning for the three-night event begins well before that date.

With numerous roster needs and not a ton of cap space to fill them, this year’s draft will be extra important for the organization. The Ravens have 10 picks right now, and they’re going to have to make the most of every one of them.

We’ve been running these weekly mock drafts on the site for a while now, but the player we managed to snag at 14 this time around hasn’t been picked before. The Ravens got a good one here.

With the help of The Draft Network’s Mock Machine, let’s take a look at our latest seven-round 2022 NFL Mock Draft.

Round 1, 14th Overall, Ravens: David Ojabo, EDGE, Michigan

Michigan’s David Ojabo should be a draft crush for Ravens fans. Viewed by many as a likely top-10 pick, Ojabo may have been overshadowed at times by his college teammate, Aidan Hutchinson, but the NFL sees just how high his ceiling is.

That’s why it was such a coup to land him here at this spot.

Ojabo stands at 6-foot-5, 250 pounds with outstanding length, athleticism, and explosiveness that might even give him a higher upside than Hutchinson.

Even after adding Odafe Oweh in last year’s draft, the Ravens could reunite Ojabo with his former college coach in Mike Macdonald and continue building their defense.
