The Baltimore Ravens could see a number of changes made to their roster this offseason. Some of those changes won’t exactly be voluntary while others will be more intentional decisions.

Following an 8-9 season that saw the Ravens lose their final six games and miss the playoffs for the first time since 2017, it’s clear that some changes need to be made.

The team can’t just rest on their laurels and hope for a clean bill of health in 2022. While injuries undoubtedly played a major role in Baltimore’s late-season collapse, they weren’t the only thing that held the team back.

The Ravens realistically have holes on the offensive line, defensive line, at pass rusher, cornerback, linebacker, and other positions that need to be addressed this offseason.

On top of that, they’re likely to lose a few key pending free agents as well. They’d love to bring back someone like Bradley Bozeman, but he might just be too pricey for them.

The same goes for the likes of Anthony Averett and even Patrick Ricard. Yes, the Ravens will have to scour the open market and the draft pool in search of replacements for their departing veterans.

But even the young players on the roster aren’t safe.

Whether for salary purposes or simply because they haven’t lived up to expectations, the following four players on this list could lose their jobs this offseason.

For the sake of limiting the list to “young” players, only players 25-years or younger were considered. Now, let’s take a look at the list.
