4. Patrick Mekari, OL, Ravens

It’s hard to believe that Patrick Mekari is still under 25-years-old, but he doesn’t turn 25 until August so he’s eligible for our list. Mekari is another player who proved his value in 2021.

Mekari filled in at right tackle due to injury and, despite having not played the position since college, the former undrafted free agent looked like a natural.

His performance was so impressive that the Ravens rewarded him with a three-year, $15.35 million extension prior to the offseason. The Ravens are evidently aware of his value.

Mekari’s versatility is incredibly valuable and why he lands so high on this list.

3. Odafe Oweh, OLB, Ravens

Odafe Oweh’s NFL career got off to a red-hot start as the rookie first-round pick tallied three sacks in his first five NFL games while he also forced a crucial fumble to seal the Ravens’ Week 2 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs.

Oweh looked like a potential Defensive Rookie of the Year candidate early on, although his production dipped as the season went on. Still, it’s hard not to be encouraged by his debut season.

At 23-years-old, the dynamic Oweh proved that he was far from a project in 2021, but he still has a lot of room to grow as well.

If he comes close to reaching his potential, Oweh could climb to the top of this list before long.
