The Baltimore Ravens don’t have a ton of cap space available this offseason, but that isn’t going to stop them from doing their due diligence in free agency.

It’s been evident for a while that the Ravens will focus their efforts on two primary position groups in free agency — and really in the offseason as a whole. Those two position groups are the offensive line and the secondary.

It seems as though their focus is on the former when it comes to free agency.

ESPN’s Dan Graziano reported on Sunday that the Ravens were “looking hard at offensive linemen” in free agency and indicated that the team will likely come away with at least one new starter this week.

Expect the Ravens to be all over the offensive line market

The first, and probably most important, domino that has to fall pertains to the center position. Bradley Bozeman is set to be a free agent, and while the Ravens undoubtedly want to keep him, he may have priced himself out of a return.

If the Ravens are unable to re-sign Bozeman, which seems likely at this stage, the center position becomes a major need for the team. They reportedly had interest in bringing back Ryan Jensen, but the veteran center re-signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.

If the Ravens want to replace Bozeman in free agency, they will need to turn to more inexpensive options such as veteran Ben Jones or the younger Ethan Pocic.

Elsewhere, the Ravens could look to bolster their interior offensive line even more by finding a new starting left guard. Pro Bowler Laken Tomlinson figures to be the most high-profile left guard on the market, but he should command a hefty price tag.

Expect the Ravens to also be in the offensive tackle market. The right tackle position is a bit of a mystery right now and players like Morgan Moses and Brandon Shell could be on their radar.

They’re also looking to add further left tackle depth given Ronnie Stanley’s uncertain status/injury concerns. Someone like Cornelius Lucas could be an excellent swing tackle option if the Ravens are willing to go that route.

The Ravens have their options. Expect them to be active in the offensive line market early and often in free agency.
