1. Ravens trade first and third-round picks for Deebo Samuel

At the time of writing, the 49ers aren’t exactly looking to trade Deebo Samuel. But if the right offer comes around, they might be willing to negotiate.

This proposal is likely the most straightforward on this list as it has the Ravens sending their first and third-round picks to the 49ers in exchange for Samuel.

The Ravens are able to keep their second-round pick at 45 and still possess five fourth-round picks. If they want to trade back up (they likely would), they would have more than enough draft capital to do so.

This trade package wouldn’t prevent the Ravens from addressing their biggest roster needs, although it would handicap them a little. Still, DeCosta and company might feel it’s worth it to land a player like Samuel.

The 26-year-old is coming off a season where he finished with 77 catches for 1,405 yards and six touchdowns while also adding 365 yards and eight touchdowns on the ground. His 18.2 yards per reception led the entire NFL.

The Ravens have been searching for a true No. 1 wide receiver for ages and Samuel undoubtedly fits that bill. Even if it takes the 14th and 76th overall picks, the Ravens might just decide that he’s worth it.

Would the 49ers accept this? I’d venture to say yes given that it’s more than the Green Bay Packers and Kansas City Chiefs received for Davante Adams and Tyreek Hill, respectively.

If the Ravens put this offer on the table, they might just be able to land Deebo Samuel.
