8. The Ravens could sign Dede Westbrook

Chester Rogers isn’t the only free-agent wide receiver with experience as a return man. Former Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Dede Westbrook is another interesting option.

Westbrook is the youngest player on this list having just turned 28 a few months back. Just a few years ago, he seemed like someone the Jaguars would want to build around for the foreseeable future.

Unfortunately, after two promising seasons, a torn ACL limited him to just two games in 2020 before he plummeted down the depth chart upon his return in 2021.

Westbrook has the speed the Ravens covet on offense with plenty of experience as a punt returner. He has more upside than most of the players on this list.

7. The Ravens could sign Adam Humphries

Adam Humphries has bounced around the league over the last few years, primarily serving the same role as a speedy, reliable slot receiver who also excels on special teams.

The former Clemson standout is a few years removed from his breakout campaign in Tampa Bay that saw him finish with 76 catches for 815 yards. He hasn’t been able to recapture that same magic with any of his subsequent teams.

Humphries hasn’t finished with more than 400 yards in a season in any of the last three years, but he’s consistently been a decent target out of the slot.

He’s not someone who’s going to move the needle, but adding an experience slot target to the Ravens’ thin wide receiver room makes some sense.
