Brian Burns and 5 Panthers stars the Ravens could trade for
By Justin Fried

1. Ravens trade target: D.J. Moore, WR
The Ravens need wide receiver help. The Panthers happen to have a 25-year-old wide receiver with three consecutive 1,000-yard seasons under his belt. Oh, and did I mention that wide receiver played his college ball at Maryland?
A potential Ravens trade for D.J. Moore almost feels too good to be true. Moore made a name for himself at Maryland where he established himself as one of the best receivers in the country.
Through four NFL seasons, it’s safe to say that he’s lived up to and exceeded expectations. Moore has finished with at least 1,000 yards in each of the last true seasons and could give the Ravens the No. 1 wide receiver they’ve desperately been searching for.
Imagine a receiving corps led by D.J. Moore, Rashod Bateman, and Mark Andrews. Sprinkle in some Devin Duvernay, Isaiah Likely, and Demarcus Robinson and you have the best receiving corps the Ravens have had in years.
You want to entice Lamar Jackson to stay in Baltimore? That’s how you do it.
Moore will carry a cap hit average of $22 million over the next three years, but that’s a fair price to pay for a young WR1 in the NFL. He’s more than worth the price tag.
Like Burns, it would take some serious draft capital to make this trade work, but how do you argue against solving your wide receiver woes with a local Maryland product who just so happens to be one of the better wide receivers in the NFL?

Bring D.J. Moore back to Maryland. Make him a Raven.
