The Baltimore Ravens have a history of being fairly active at the trade deadline in recent years. While the team opted not to make any trades a year ago, look no further than the blockbuster addition of Marcus Peters a few years back for evidence of their recent trade activity.

The Ravens enter the deadline with a 5-3 record sitting atop the AFC North in what could be a dogfight to the end with the Cincinnati Bengals. With that in mind, most would expect the team to be buyers.

But while the Ravens could absolutely look to add a piece or two, specifically a wide receiver, running back, or cornerback, there are a few players on their roster who could find themselves traded as well.

Let’s take a look at three current Ravens players who could be moved at the trade deadline.

*Edit: The Ravens most certainly were buyers as they traded for star linebacker Roquan Smith*

3. Chuck Clark, S, Ravens

Chuck Clark reportedly requested a trade shortly after the Ravens added Kyle Hamilton in the 2022 NFL Draft. With Hamilton and Marcus Williams in the fold, Clark’s role seemed primed to diminish.

But that hasn’t been the case at all. Instead, Clark has played every single defensive snap for the team this season. And with Williams out due to injury, his role on the team has become even more valuable.

It’s unlikely the Ravens trade Clark at this stage — that window of opportunity was likely this past offseason. However, he’s worth including because of the depth the Ravens have at safety.

Geno Stone has impressed in limited snaps and Hamilton’s pedigree speaks for itself. Don’t expect Clark to be traded as he’s probably too valuable to the team, but the Ravens might consider it if the right offer came along.
