Ravens Week 12 Inactive Report: Gus Edwards active, David Ojabo still inactive
By Justin Fried
The Baltimore Ravens had a number of players listed as questionable going into their Week 12 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Of the five with questionable injury designations, three are set to play.
The Ravens released their list of inactives ahead of Sunday’s game and among those inactive are safety Kyle Hamilton (knee) and tight end Isaiah Likely (ankle). Both rookies were listed as questionable this week but will not play in Week 12.
The remaining inactives are left tackle Ronnie Stanley (ankle), tight end Charlie Kolar, outside linebacker David Ojabo, running back Mike Davis, and linebacker Josh Bynes.
Stanley was ruled out on the final injury report with an ankle injury. Kolar and Ojabo will have to continue to wait on their NFL debut at least for another week.
The Ravens will return Gus Edwards in Week 12
Edwards hasn’t played since injuring his hamstring in the team’s Week 8 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The 27-year-old returned in Week 7 and played just two games before beings sent back to the sideline.
With Edwards back in the fold, expect him to split touches with Kenyan Drake in the backfield with some Justice Hill sprinkled in.
Likely popped up on the injury report on Friday with an ankle injury and will miss his first game of the season. Somewhat surprisingly, his absence didn’t open up a spot for Kolar as the Ravens will roll with just three tight ends.
Ojabo will also have to continue waiting for his NFL debut. The rookie second-round pick was activated off the injured reserve on November 1st but has still yet to play in a game.
Offensive lineman Ben Cleveland is also active for just the fifth time this season and for the first time since Week 4, likely due to Stanley’s absence.
The Ravens take on the Jaguars with kickoff scheduled for 1 pm ET.
