The 2025 campaign may have been a disappointment for the Baltimore Ravens, but they still have plenty of talent on the roster. Unfortunately, some of that talent is set to walk out the door. New head coach Jesse Minter isn't exactly inheriting the stacked roster fans have come to know over the last couple of years.

Several key Ravens veterans are about to enter free agency. They have a very deep class of free agents. If the team is unable to bring many of them back, they could risk taking another step back in 2026.

General manager Eric DeCosta must prioritize bringing these three players back before they leave to join another team.

3 upcoming free agents the Ravens can't let out the door

Tyler Linderbaum

Linderbaum might be the best player on the free agent market this offseason. He's an elite center with plenty of years of high-level football still ahead of him. The Ravens' offensive line was shaky at times in 2025, and letting the best player in that group leave wouldn't fix the problem.

Spotrac currently estimates that Linderbaum's market value will hover around $17.7 million per year in free agency. It's a hefty price to pay for a center, but it would be worth it to keep one of the top players on the Ravens' roster in Charm City.

Alohi Gilman

Trading for Gilman in the middle of the season was quietly one of the best moves DeCosta made in 2025. After joining the team in Week 6, he started every game for the remainder of the season. The safety allowed Kyle Hamilton to play closer to the line of scrimmage, making more of an impact on each play.

Even with Ar'Darius Washington back in the lineup, Gilman played a key role in Baltimore's defense. His familiarity with Minter's scheme is just another reason to give him a new contract.

Dre'Mont Jones

The Ravens are quietly in the middle of some massive turnover at the edge defender position. They traded away Odafe Oweh last season to bring in Gilman, and Jones (another mid-season addition), David Ojabo, and Kyle Van Noy are all set to become free agents in March. The front office should be fine with letting Ojabo and Van Noy depart, but considering the disappointing season that 2025 second-round pick Mike Green had, the Ravens can't afford to let Jones leave.

Jones didn't rack up many sacks in his time in Baltimore, but he put pressure on opposing quarterbacks at an impressive rate. As the team transitions into a new era, keeping him around for the sake of continuity could be helpful.
