The Baltimore Ravens need to be focused on a complete revamp of their roster this offseason. 2025 was an abysmal year, and while there are certainly numerous stars scattered around the field, there was a lack of star power and depth at key positions. That must change.

It’s clear the front office is ready to get aggressive in the coming months. Owner Steve Bisciotti made the bold call to fire John Harbaugh after they missed the playoffs, and in his place, the Ravens hired a defensive genius in Jesse Minter. Those are the tough shots that need to be called when you have the season that Baltimore just had.

Although that aggressiveness should continue into free agency, the Ravens could find trouble outbidding teams when it comes to the biggest stars hitting the open market. If that’s the case, they’ll have to focus on getting the best bang for their buck. These three pending free agents could provide sneaky upside for a Baltimore team that desperately needs it.

3 pending free agents that could help build a stout Ravens’ roster in 2026

DeAndre Hopkins

The first move would actually be a simple re-signing. Wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins didn’t see ample opportunity with the Ravens in 2025, but was reliable. As the Ravens try to build a more formidable wide receiver room, Hopkins would still be a solid rotational option.

Quarterback Lamar Jackson hasn’t really had a legitimate contested catch threat during his NFL career, and while Hopkins is far from his prime, he can still provide that in spurts. Last season, he had 22 receptions for 330 yards and two touchdowns. He was a chain-mover, and it felt like any time the ball was thrown his way, he was making catches.

Of course, general manager Eric DeCosta should focus on adding a better wide receiver to play opposite of two-time Pro Bowler Zay Flowers. Ideally, big-play wideout Devontez Walker also sees a bigger role in 2026, but Hopkins would be more than fine as a WR4. He has also said he would be interested in returning if the team’s front office is open to it.

Teven Jenkins

Improving the offensive guard spot is one of the biggest needs of the coming offseason in Baltimore. Right guard Daniel Faalele needs to be on his way out in free agency, which would leave a vacancy there. Cleveland Browns offensive lineman Teven Jenkins could be an under-the-radar replacement.

Jenkins was mainly a backup with the Browns in 2025, but injuries opened the door for starts late in the year. In those opportunities, he proved ready and finished the campaign with a 77.7 Pro Football Focus (PFF) grade over 324 offensive snaps.

The most intriguing part of Jenkins’ game is his dominant play as a run blocker. Outside of his rookie season, he hasn’t submitted a PFF run blocking grade lower than 71.7. That, along with his versatility to play guard and tackle, would make him an interesting fit with the Ravens.

Ultimately, most people would like to see a more proven interior blocker for Jackson and running back Derrick Henry. However, Jenkins will still be just 28 years old when the 2026 regular season starts. He could not only be a stable starter now, but the foreseeable future.

Benjamin St-Juste

Los Angeles Chargers cornerback Benjamin St-Juste has had a rough NFL career. The former third-round pick’s tenure with the Washington Commanders was a horror movie. But after signing a cheap deal with the Chargers last offseason, he put himself back on the map.

St-Juste was a rotational corner in Los Angeles who constantly showed up when called upon. In 378 defensive snaps, he finished with a 76.3 PFF grade. He was a sure tackler, lockdown in coverage, and added an interception to his name in Week 6.

The Ravens not only need corner depth, but a corner who can dominate with physicality. At 6-foot-3, 200 pounds, St-Juste could develop into that. Oh yeah, and if he signed with Baltimore, he’d be re-joining his former defensive coordinator, Jesse Minter, who helped pave the way for that quiet breakout last year.
