The Baltimore Ravens have had just one man in charge of the team over the last 18 years, as John Harbaugh has been able to lead this team to the playoffs consistently. They ran out of gas in 2025, and Harbaugh was deemed unfit to lead them in the future.

Harbaugh was fired after 18 seasons in charge, making Baltimore the best available job on the market. Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry are still kicking butt, the AFC North is much weaker than it usually is, and Baltimore has the resources to keep adding more talent.

These five candidates would likely leap at the chance to succeed Harbaugh as the main man in Baltimore, as they would assuredly take this job over another vacancy if everything was equal.

5 replacements for fired Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh

5. Raheem Morris, former HC, Atlanta Falcons

Morris went 15-19 in his two seasons with the Falcons, but going from Michael Penix Jr. to Jackson under center would be a massive change of pace. Morris did tons of great work fixing that defense and making them a quality unit.

4. Anthony Weaver, DC, Miami Dolphins

Weaver played in Baltimore for four seasons and was the assistant head coach with the team as recently as the 2023 season. Bringing him back, especially after making the Dolphins' defense look respectable with one of the worst rosters in football, could help the Ravens keep things relatively in order.

3. Klint Kubiak, OC, Seattle Seahawks

Kubiak is the flavor of the month this year, as he finally figured out how to be a great OC by leading Sam Darnold to a 14-3 record. While he could take after his father (Super Bowl winner Gary Kubiak), Baltimore needs to be sure he isn't a one-year wonder

2. Robert Saleh, DC, San Francisco 49ers

Saleh has a great defense everywhere he goes, and he could get this unit fixed up in two seconds. After getting fired in New York due to getting stuck with Zach Wilson primarily at quarterback, Saleh would leap at the chance to coach someone like Jackson.

1. Jesse Minter, DC, Los Angeles Chargers

The Ravens, Chargers, and Michigan football might as well be sister organizations with how many individuals have connections to all of these places, and Minter is one of them. LA's defense is one of the best in the game, and he'd get that group fixed in two seconds while letting Jackson cook.
