The Baltimore Ravens captured a decisive victory in Week 17, taking down the Green Bay Packers, 41-24. In a must-win, Baltimore stepped up to the plate and delivered with an impressive performance.
The Ravens’ playoff hopes are still very much alive with Saturday night’s victory. They still need the Cleveland Browns to defeat the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, but the team lives to see another day.
Here are five winners and two losers from Baltimore’s primetime win.
5 winners and 2 losers from Ravens' Week 17 win
Winner: Derrick Henry
After not getting a single touch in the final 12 minutes of Baltimore’s Week 16 loss to the New England Patriots, running back Derrick Henry showcased why the coaching staff needs to ride the hot hand through all four quarters. He had himself one heck of a night, finishing with 36 carries for 212 yards and four (yes, four!) touchdowns. At 31 years old, he is still a top running back in the NFL, and his Week 17 showing was perhaps his best showing of the year.
Winner: Tyler Huntley
Quarterback Tyler Huntley could earn himself a nice little payday this offseason. After getting released by the Cleveland Browns before the regular season, Huntley landed back with Baltimore. On Saturday, he made his second start of the season and did not disappoint. He completed 16-of-20 passes for 107 yards and one touchdown. He also added 61 yards on seven carries.
Loser: Secondary
Baltimore’s defense could not get off the field. While most of the issues had to do with failing to contain Packers quarterback Malik Willis, the secondary failed to prevent opposing wide receivers from finding separation all night long. Cornerback Nate Wiggins had one of the worst games of his career, cornerback Marlon Humphrey continued to struggle in 2025, and even All-Pro safety Kyle Hamilton got burned.
Loser: Any defender trying to tackle Malik Willis
Whether it was pressure or open field tacklers, no Raven could bring down Willis. The backup quarterback extended countless plays throughout the game and was an effective rusher, breaking many tackles along the way. He gassed Baltimore’s defense and finished with nine rushes for 60 yards and two touchdowns.
Winner: Tavius Robinson
Outside linebacker Tavius Robinson once again showed his worth on the Ravens’ defensive front. He is not an explosive pass rusher, but he is a physical presence up front and is a versatile chess piece off the edge. Robinson notched 0.5 sacks and was an effective run defender. He was crucial in setting the edge and limiting the Packers in short-yardage situations.
Winner: Tight ends
All three of Baltimore’s tight ends got involved in this one. Mark Andrews totaled four receptions for 28 yards, Isaiah Likely finished with three receptions for 27 yards, and Charlie Kolar, although he was not involved as a receiver, made a statement as a blocker throughout the night.
Winner: Offensive line
How about the offensive line? Henry seemed to run effortlessly between the tackles, and he, backup running back Keaton Mitchell, and Huntley were just as effective running to the outside. The line created lanes all night long and even gave Huntley enough time to process and make accurate throws to keep the chains moving.
