The Baltimore Ravens will have their hands full in Week 5. Week 4 just ended, and while the team is certainly happy to move to 3-1, they can’t get too excited. They have to face Bijan Robinson and the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday Night Football next weekend.

Robinson showed everyone what he was capable of on national television, dominating the New Orleans Saints en route to a win on Monday Night Football. He finished with 19 carries for 145 yards and 2 touchdowns, including a 59-yard touchdown scamper he made look easy.

There’s simply no stopping Robinson. He’s a top-two running back in the NFL and has an extremely strong case to be the No. 1 guy at his position. And against the Ravens, he could have a field day.

Baltimore should be very scared.

Baltimore Ravens’ defense faces biggest task of the year against Bijan Robinson in Week 5

Bijan Robinson’s Week 4 performance wasn’t a shock at all. Every time he takes the field, it’s a treat for all NFL fans, and on Monday Night Football, the dynamic back is a completely different beast. He’s tied with Emmitt Smith for the most 50+ yard rushing touchdowns on Monday nights with three…and Robinson has done it in 20 fewer games.

Thankfully, the Ravens will be squaring off against Robinson on Sunday night. That Monday night magic shouldn’t take center stage. The issue? Robinson is simply exceptional when the lights are brightest — he’s a primetime menace.

Besides that, though, he’s pretty much a menace at all hours of any gameday. His speed, elusiveness, and ability to convert speed to power and run through people. He’s as dangerous as it gets. It’s almost a guarantee that he’ll make that first tackler miss.

For Baltimore, the top priority will be sealing the edges and containing Robinson. Once that man reverses the field and cuts up, it’s over. He can easily turn a two-yard loss into a 10+ yard gain.

Trey Hendrickson, Mike Green, Tavius Robinson, and Zion Young maintaining their responsibilities and setting the edge needs to be something Jesse Minter and Anthony Weaver harp on in every practice. Etch that idea into their skulls.

Of course, just as important, order of business will be to finish tackles and wrap up. The Ravens haven’t been able to do that consistently in 2026. It’s been a trend that has ruined them on far too many drives.

In Week 2, Chris Olave and Juwan Johnson ran past would-be tacklers with ease. In Week 3, CeeDee Lamb and Javonte Williams earned way too many yards after contact. Last week it was Carnell Tate.

Now, this defense will have to deal with one of the best make-you-miss artists in the NFL: Bijan Robinson. He’s broken 67 tackles across his career and was up to 167 yards after contact entering Week 4, per Pro Football Reference. He had plenty more yards after contact on Monday.

With those numbers, Robinson should be able to find a ton of success against the Ravens. You can really only limit him — there’s no silencing him. The best-case scenario for Baltimore might be holding him off enough so that he doesn’t change the game and pave the way for a Falcons victory. It’s going to be an ultra-tough matchup.
