Have you ever wondered how many touchdowns Lamar Jackson, Derrick Henry, and DeAndre Hopkins would have if they were on the same team together? Well, Hopkins did—five years ago.
And now we're about to find out!
The Baltimore Ravens’ newest wide receiver had the internet buzzing after an old tweet resurfaced shortly after he signed a one-year deal with Baltimore. Turns out that Hopkins saw this trio coming long before anyone else. Maybe he manifested it, maybe he’s from the future, but either way, we’re about to find out what exactly he was onto five years ago. Better late than never.
DeAndre Hopkins social media post resurfaces five years later
Back in February 2020, Hopkins posted a picture of himself, Henry, and Jackson with a simple caption:
“How many TD’s would this trio total?”

At the time, all three were on different teams—Hopkins had just played his last season with the Houston Texans, Henry was stiff-arming people through the Earth for the Tennessee Titans, and Jackson had just won his first MVP with the Ravens.
The idea of them playing together seemed like a Madden fantasy. Now, in 2025, it’s really happening. The football Gods are good.
Hopkins and Henry already got a taste of teaming up in Tennessee before Henry left for Baltimore and put up one of the best seasons of his career. He racked up 1,921 rushing yards and 16 touchdowns, and helped the Ravens bulldoze their way to to the playoffs.
Jackson, meanwhile, had a career year, throwing for 4,172 yards and 41 total touchdowns. With Hopkins in the fold, Baltimore’s offense could be even more dangerous.
Hopkins’ 2024 season wasn’t his best—he split time between the Titans and Kansas City Chiefs, finishing with 56 catches for 610 yards and five touchdowns. But his Super Bowl run with Kansas City proved he still has plenty left in the tank, and now he joins a Ravens team that needed a veteran receiver.
With Jackson at quarterback, Henry in the backfield, and Hopkins lining up alongside Zay Flowers, Rashod Bateman, and Mark Andrews, this offense has all the pieces to be one of the most explosive and calculated in the league.
So, how many touchdowns will this trio score?
Five years ago, nobody had the answer. Now, we’ll find out in 2025. And if Hopkins’ vision was right, Ravens fans are in for a show. We're putting the over/under at a million and hoping the over hits.
