A picture is worth a thousand words.

T.J. Watt posted one to his Instagram story recently—just him, peace sign raised, no caption needed. That’s it. That’s the post. But if you’re the Baltimore Ravens or anyone who’s paid attention to the Pittsburgh Steelers’ last eight years, the message is loud and clear.

Watt has been in Pittsburgh since 2017 and has yet to win a single playoff game. That stat speaks volumes. The Steelers have now gone eight straight seasons without a postseason win, the longest drought the franchise has seen since the 1960s. And after being dismantled 28-14 by the Ravens in last year’s Wild Card round? It’s hard to argue they’re even close.

Even more music to Ravens fans’ ears: Najee Harris is out—and he had some parting shots on the way. In a recent interview with KCAL9, the former first-rounder said, “We just didn’t know anything on offense really. We didn’t have any identity.” That’s a brutal indictment from a player who lived through the mess.

Steelers' dysfunction is breaking loose

Harris never mentioned Mike Tomlin by name, but let’s not pretend it wasn’t aimed at him. He’s the one who allowed the Steelers to roll out Kenny Pickett without a mentor. He’s the one who watched the offensive line collapse and did nothing. And now, he’s the one pushing all-in on DK Metcalf without a quarterback in place.

Seriously—what’s the plan here? Aaron Rodgers clearly wants no part of this. Reports say he’s dragging his feet. He literally has no other options, so why hasn't he signed yet? So Tomlin’s now tied to a trade he begged for, with no QB plan and a roster that’s falling apart. Even Cam Heyward was over the Rodgers drama—until he suddenly walked back his comments for no suspicious reason at all… This place is a clown show. And Watt is finally realizing it. And he's chucking up the deuces.

His 11.5 sacks in 2024 were his lowest in a full season since his rookie year. And if the Steelers actually consider trading him, Ravens fans won’t complain. Watt has 17 sacks in 16 career games against Baltimore—losing him would be a massive shift in the rivalry.

Meanwhile, Tomlin is still clinging to “The Standard is the Standard” while the team’s lost six straight playoff games and looks more rudderless by the day. The players are unhappy, taking shots on the way out, or quietly throwing up peace signs on social media. The signs are all there. It's falling apart.

A picture is worth a thousand words. And right now, every one of them spells doom.
