Lamar Jackson is questionable to return with an ankle injury. The Baltimore Ravens quarterback came out for the second half in pads and was on the sidelines talking to coaches, but did not take the field with the offense to begin the third quarter, and wasn't on the field for the next drive either.
Tyler Huntley is the man under center. The offense struggled in his first two opportunities, punting both times. However, Huntley has more than enough experience, and is a guy coaches can rely on.
Jackson's injury comes after he took a sack at the end of the first half. He was tripped up while trying to escape the pocket and later limped to the locker room. Tennessee Titans edge rusher Jermaine Johnson III landed on Jackson’s ankle while bringing him down for the sack.

Jackson and the offense were rolling before he left the game. They gashed the Titans’ defense for 273 yards in the first half. Jackson completed 15-of-20 passes for 222 passing yards and 2 touchdowns, and added another 20 on the ground on 2 carries.
CBS sideline reporter Amanda Balionis mentioned Jackson was still limping coming out of the locker room and on the sideline, but was involved with his teammates following Baltimore’s opening drive that resulted in a quick three-and-out.
It’s worth noting the Ravens’ offensive line was having a rough go of it against Tennessee’s defensive line. Ronnie Stanley wasn’t looking his best, as he was bull-rushed a few times and allowed pressure to find free space off the edge, and John Simpson was struggling, as well.
When the pass protection unit has been playing as it has been, you’re going to want to be careful with your star quarterback, especially when it's both members of Jackson's blind side.
Jackson obviously has an injury history. He dealt with countless injuries behind a poor offensive line throughout the 2025 campaign, most notably a hamstring injury that began in Week 3 and lingered across the year. The two-time MVP was also listed on the injury report with a back injury on Wednesday, although that didn’t appear to be affecting him at all in Sunday's contest.
