The Baltimore Ravens and Washington Commanders concluded their back-to-back joint sessions with a final practice on Wednesday. This session served as preparation for their upcoming match in D.C. next Monday with the Ravens returning to intra-team practicing on Thursday and Friday.

The intensity remained high, surpassing the levels of typical summer sessions and bringing more scuffles and little fights between the two sides facing each other on two different fields at The Castle.

Nevertheless, both players and coaches participating in the drills expressed their enthusiasm for the experience as everybody wants to start ramping up the levels of performance just a few days from the regular-season kick-off.

Marlon Humphrey's absence from practice and later confirmation of his month-long foot injury following surgery was a true bummer and the news of the day without a single doubt, and after Lamar Jackson's contract-extension saga earlier this offseason this will most definitely turn into the next-biggest storyline around the Ravens' off/preseason.

Here are two questions worth asking following Day 17 of training camp and the second joint practice between Ravens and Commanders, held on Wednesday at the Under Armour Performance Center before Baltimore returns to intra-team sessions for Thursday and Friday ahead of their matchup at Washington next Monday.
