10. OL Tashawn Manning

The Ravens signed Manning off the street after he went undrafted in the 2023 draft last spring. The addition of the former Kentucky standout was widely praised as a steal, so it made sense to find out about his addition to the practice squad on Wednesday.

Manning spent four years at Auburn before turning into a full-time starter at Kentucky last season, getting to play 736 snaps at right guard before getting deployed at the tackle position by Baltimore throughout the preseason.

It's also shocking to find Manning clearing waivers with no other franchise calling his name, although that would have mean adding the UDFA to an active, 53-man roster for the 2023 season while he might still benefit and need some PS reps before making such a jump into the NFL level of play.

Ben Cleveland and Sala Aumavae-Laulu are in the active roster and locked into starting roles, and there are many more versatile options rostered in Baltimore. Odds are long for Manning to get actual game time as soon as this season.
