20. Wide Receiver - Sean Ryan

Sean Ryan, a rookie UDFA from Rutgers, transferred from Temple to West Virginia to Rutgers after playing three seasons at WVU. He was released by Baltimore on Tuesday following the roster cuts deadline, per Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic.

He had a career year with 440 yards and three touchdowns in the last season before declaring for the draft, but even then he went undrafted due to his inability to exceed 500 yards in college even once.

Ryan's height and speed make him a potential candidate for the Baltimore Ravens practice squad, but with a lot of players boasting similar skill sets and much better resumes coming out of college it is hard to envision Ryan building himself a nice short-term future in the NFL and its whereabouts.
