The Ravens keep their promise with Bateman

Rashod Bateman has gotten off to a slow start this season, having just 14 catches for 152 yards and zero touchdowns through 7 games played. But Bateman isn't the only one to blame for his lack of production.

Although Bateman has had some struggles this season, Todd Monken has refused to give him substantial touches in this offense. Bateman has received 3 targets or less in every single game this season. But, after Bateman made multiple big plays against the Cardinals, both John Harbaugh and Lamar Jackson raved about Bateman.

Lamar specifically stated that the Ravens need to get him more involved in the offense, and I think they get it done this week.

The Seahawks' secondary has some playmakers such as Devon Witherspoon, Riq Woolen, Jamal Adams, and Quandre Diggs, but they still have allowed their fair share of passing yards this season. They rank 22nd in the NFL in opponent passing yards per game but have been better over their last three games allowing the 3rd fewest in football.

It'll be a tough matchup for Bateman, but I think the Ravens will keep their promise. I think Bateman gets 5+ touches for 75+ yards and a touchdown this week against Seattle.
