3 former Ravens starters who might be done in the NFL
By Mike Luciano
2. C Matt Skura
While the Ravens have one of the best centers in the league in Tyler Linderbaum, it's easy to overlook the contributions Skura brought to Baltimore. A former undrafted free agent, Skura was a regular force on the offensive line at both guard and center for four seasons.
Ultimately, Skura's body expedited his departure from Baltimore. With multiple knee injuries that caused him to miss time in three of his four seasons with the Ravens, Skura has been unable to reclaim his previous standard of play as he bounces around the league. That 2020 season was not a good look for him.

Skura signed with the Dolphins in 2022, but was cut before the season. He joined the Joe Judge-led Giants afterward, and he did little to fundamentally change the offensive line. Skura then linked up with the 2022 Rams team that fell apart, and that has been his last taste of NFL action.
The market for declining offensive linemen is already quite thin, and it shrinks even further for players who have an injury history and multiple subpar seasons stacked on top of one another. Skura's Baltimore career in totality was impressive, but he might be at the end of his journey in the pros.
