1. WR Rashod Bateman

When the Ravens drafted Bateman with their first round pick in 2021 Draft, expecatations were sky high. Then, mostly because of injuries, he only started nine games through his first two seasons. This year, Bateman stayed healthy and ... still didn't really contribute like people thought he would. In 16 games this season (a career-high), Bateman only caught 32 balls for 367 yards – only 82 yards more than he had in 2022, when he only played in six games. The good news is that he's only 24, and it sounds like the Ravens still have big plans for him. But considering all the hype that came with him to Baltimore, it hasn't been a great start to his career.
