2. RB Dalvin Cook
This may not be totally fair to Cook, who came to Baltimore after escaping from the Jets after 15 games of standing on the sideline. But not only did Cook underwhelm in his short time with the Ravens, he literally didn't even play a single snap in a Baltimore uniform. Regardless of where expectations for Cook were after coming to the Ravens on such short notice, he fell short of meeting them.
